The perforated blade lets excess flour pass through, so the dough doesn't stick or burn on the base. The long wooden handle keeps a safe distance from the 500°C chamber, with a hanging hole at the end. Three rivets fasten the blade to the handle — no loosening, no wobble.
Sliding the pizza into the oven and turning it is the most delicate moment of pizza making. A bad peel and the dough sticks, the base stays raw, or the toppings slide off. This perforated aluminium peel was designed for exactly those moments: the perforation lets sprinkled flour and steam through, the blade is thin and stiff, the wooden handle long and cool.
Available in two sizes: 12 inch (30 cm blade, 87 cm total length) for classic Neapolitan and Roman sizes (28-32 cm pizza), and 14 inch (35 cm blade, 93 cm total length) for larger family or double batches. Both sizes available in two finishes: anodised natural aluminium (silver) or hard-coated black for greater scratch resistance.
Direct use in 500°C EFFEUNO N3 / Easy Pizza Pro chambers, home Ooni, Gozney, or any Neapolitan dry oven or grill. Hanging hole at the end of the handle for wall or hook storage.

Perforated blade
The holes let flour and steam through and reduce friction. The dough doesn't stick, the pizza base doesn't go burnt or smoky.
Strong 3-rivet connection
The blade and handle are fastened with three rivets for maximum stability. No loosening or wobble, even with a full topping.
Wooden handle with hanging hole
Safe distance from the 500°C chamber. Practical hole at the end of the handle for hanging on a wall or hook.
For oven and grill
Ideal for pizza making in ovens, outdoor cookers or grills. Both anodised and hard-coating finishes are heat-resistant for 500°C use.
