EFFEUNO's premium line: 509°C peak heat, digital touch panel with electronic sensors, separately adjustable top and bottom heating, BOOST function. The chamber is 18 cm high, so it takes more than a thin Neapolitan: pan pizza, bread or a baking dish fit as well.
This is the tall version of the Easy Pizza Pro. The chamber is 35 x 41 cm with 18 cm of height, so besides the classic thin Neapolitan it also takes a taller pan pizza, a loaf of bread or a one-pot dish. It bakes one pizza at a time, like the N series.
The digital touch panel uses electronic sensors, not a mechanical thermostat. The temperature holds very precisely: no overshoot and no cooling down between pizzas.
The BOOST function pushes the heating elements to maximum for 60 seconds, so the oven recovers peak heat quickly between pizzas. The pace doesn't drop even when you bake for ten people in a row.
Top and bottom heating are adjustable independently, and through the glass door and the rear interior light you can watch the pizza without opening the oven.

BOOST function
60 seconds of maximum power to recover peak heat. Keeps the 60-second bake time even mid-evening at the tenth pizza.
Tall chamber
18 cm of height on a 35 x 41 cm floor. Beyond thin Neapolitan it takes pan pizza, bread and baking dishes, which a low-chamber oven cannot do.
Separately adjustable heating
Top and bottom elements are set independently, so the base and the top of the pizza can be tuned separately. Glass door and interior light let you watch what is happening.
